SAMBAL HITAM PAHANG......AGAIN.....😆😊

Macam mak ckp dulu.....klu ade owang bwk belimbing kat
masjid...mak akan rebut dulu....that is what i did....😁😄😊
bukanler rebut mcm org gasak mase time sale tuuuu.....

Just make sure mak antara org yg awal bungkus...
Tq tu anti fiza.....belimbing yg anti fiza bwk ni warna kuning..
wangi mcm star fruit....bile rebus dier jadi lodoh....(bhs owang Johor nie....)....xmcm belimbing ijau masih in it form...cume warna tukar jadik kuning....

Kali nie mak lebihkan belimbing n ladanyer....
Dapat byk sebab buahnya about 100 pcs...(mak awakkan suka
mengira...😊....
Ni termasuk portion anti saemah n shila yg nak merasa....)

Resepi nie dari Madiha....

1/2 cwn belimbing rebus ( mak guna 25 biji)*
6 ulas bwg (3 biji mayang,3 tumbuk#)
2 cwn ikan bilis kopek*
1/2 cwn cili padi merah ( mak guna 13 biji)#
5 sb kicap (or secukup rase)
Garam n gula secukup rase
minyak utk menumis

**** tumbuk kasar
### tumbuk halus

Note :

-Mak pki bwg besar...so anggarkanlar ...
yg mayang mak pki bwg holland

- bwg yg tumbuk...mak blend sekali ngan lada


1) tumis bwg hingga wangi then masukkan lada,then bhn tumbuk.
2) perasakan dgn gula,kicap n garam
3) masak hingga kering spt serunding




Note dr Madiha....

1) klu nak simpan lama rebus belimbing sampai kering n itam,
klu x..memadai sampai jadik coklatjek.
2) guna periuk lama sbb asid dr belimbing akan itamkan periuk...
(Mak pki corelle ...seramikkan so x effect...)
cume kualijek berbekas sket...tapi hilang bila guna scrub ijau scott brite..... mungkin sbb mak biar kejap.....
kali nie byk...so mak keringkan 2 x)
