CROUTON
Crouton (french) ---> Crust (english)---> Keras in Malay...😁
Teringat dulu2 mak suke mkn roti kering ni...tapi dibakar sekeping2....atasnyer ade gula....
Ade lebihan roti perancis...so mak jadikan crouton...mix wiz salad n dressing
For dressing mak guna instant cream...👇
Both sedap...sos carbonara tu actually tuk our menu for lunch today ..spagetti cabonara.....
Goreng ayam yg dislice...then masuk bwg putih...masuk sos then air.didih.done.....
Roti disalut dgn butter n garlic....mkn gitu pun sedap...nyum..nyum...
3 sb mungkum butter cairkan + 3 ulas bwg putih (tumbuk halus)
Masukkan roti perancis (Potong 1 inc then potong 4) gaul rata
Bakar ..160C - 3 minit (guna fryer)
Masak sambil ngk kat TV... Jamie Oliver masak.....rase mcm mak his guest........Verangaannnnnsss...😂
