LONG BEAN SMOOTHIES

Bila umur nak separuh abad.....pilihan smoothiesnyer pun
lebih kepada kesihatan....😊

Mak nie mmg jenis yg suka makan.....n kuat makan....😆😁

Tapi bila dah umur xbape nak muda nie....i always
remind myself....badan dah xmcm dulu...bole amik
seligan......dah 46 taun mkn mcm2...it time to cut it down.....

Kalau dulu nasik bedal bole 2 pinggan....sekrg 1 pinggan or half...
lebihkan sayur n ikan....

Kuih klu dulu telan sampai 10 ketul.....sekrg max 5....😆😄

Mak minum nie everyday b4 breakfast ....

3 urat kacang panjang
1 biji epal hijau
1 biji tomato
1 cwn air masak/air tapis


Klu nak letak either tomato or epal pun bole jugak...


Sedap....xde rase sayur....xcaya try.....
