FISH N CHIPS
Dapat idea buat kentang ni dr Ely n mangkuk tingkat
xsilap semlm....sbb ngk sambil prepare for dinner....
yg mak pasan dier guna butter,pepper n fresh rosemary...
Tadi kat giant xder plak rosemary....so mak buat resepi
sendiri....
Akak siap tegur...
Akak : " pasal sedap plak kentang ni...ranggup luarnya"
Mak : "buat....selalu mak beli ready made frozen"
Sebab semlm chef tu ckp lembut didlm n crispy kat
luarler reason mak nak try....😊
Bahan :
800 gm kentang russet (dlm 4 biji)
4 sb mungkum butter
3 ulas bwg putih (tumbuk halus)
Sedikit pepper n garam
Cara :
1)Rebus kentang + garam sebijik2,sejuk potong kecil
2)cairkan butter dlm kuali, matikan api.masuk bwg putih, pepper n garam kacau sebati.
3) masuk kentang,salut kentang dgn adunan butter.tuang dlm baking pan
5) Bakar hingga garing.Api grill- 200C-1 jam
