TURUNKAN PARAS GULA AND KOLESTEROL DGN LEMON DAN HALIA

Pagi tadi check gula pukul 10.25 am ...11.5.....😓
B4 that Pukul 6.30 a.m ....mak sudah bedal roti kelapa "mighty white" 4 ketul.....😊

Then mak minum air halia + lemon...pukul  3.30 pm check....
Alhamdulillah turun  8.0 ...ngam2...

Mula nak chc after 2 hours nak ngk betul x yg mak jangka spt b4
gula akan turun...tapi terlupe...mkn mee soto n sebijik buah kesemak....

B4 this penah mlm xmkn ubat (mmg mkn mlmjek)
sbb b4 that mak minum air H+L ...haus so minum air ni...
So bile nak mkn ubat rase was2 ...wlu tau acid dr buah bile masuk dlm badan will tukar to alkali....tapi ttp rase was2....so xmkn...

Better safe than Sorry kan....last2 lupe.....💤💤💤💤....
Then the next day check gula....5.3 (fasting)

Tuari doktor check darah ....kolesterol pun normal....rasenyer dah lebih 10 taun mak ade kolesterol tinggi.....xpenah bacaan ok....tinggijek...
Ni Alhamdulillah normal....

Mase mula2 kena diabetes 4 years ago rase down sgt...rasenyer ianyer berpunca sbb mak mkn coklat over dos...😆
mase tuukan down sbb kena retrench...
Lagi pulak i'm obese n inherit from my late mum....

Risau....ialah mcm2 dengar pasal org kena diabetes nikan...
Dulu mak selalu ngata org yg kena diabetes....dah tau sakit jgnlar mkn manis2....
Gupenyer bile kite ade diabetes....we are craving for sweet taste...
Padahal mak bkn yg jenis sweet tooth....
Bile kena baru tau....

Bile dah ade penyakit ni kenalar jage....for me klu dah mkn byk sgt benda yg manis2...i make sure....2 to 3 days me xkan sentuh....
Nasib baik mak jenis yg xsuke minum manis.....so minum plain water byk2...

Selain berusaha...rajin2 bace ayat syifa....dlm buku Manzil ade...
