
It's all begin when abg ijjat fil nearly ampute his toes.. . cos' by diabetes. ..
Mase visit him....kiri kanan ade yg dah pun ampute their leg. ..ade yg until... the kness ...😥😟
Alhamdulillah ....toes fil abg ijjat dpt diselamatkan.....
since that anjakan paradigma berlaku....pulak tu my glukose reading not in good condition at that time
i start to watch my weight....
plan what i eat. ..
mula2 with 4 days no cabo.. ..
it goes well in a month. .
but then rase mcm muak n seksa... 😂😆.....
so i start a new rules no meal after 8pm....no sweet drink...
it works. ..and klu byk berjln... (window shopping....😂)
lagi byk kilosnyer turun....
but after 8pm meal byk kali terbabas....and purposely makan.... 😂😆
sweet drink....mak xkisah sgt..senang nak manage. . cos klu duk rumah. . mmg mak xminum air manis....
klu mkn kat luarjek....

Actually mak xput any target for the weight.... as long ianyer turun in 100 days...
but bile negok berat makin turun... rase seronok...
seronok sbb xrase cepat penat...
rase ringkas nak buat kerja... sbb beban berat yg ditanggung dah kurang.... 😂💃

mcm xcaye i'm weighing 88.5 kgs
today.. ..itu pun naik sbb mkn after 8pm....before this dah sampai 87.7.kgs...👇
bile makan supper... i will suffer with weight gain... 😥😂.....


before this...paling rendah. . last puasa taun 2017....88.8 kgs....mase tu buka mak minum air detox. ..
taun ni xbuat. ... 😅😅😅
and taun 2016...ikut challenge TV3...😅😅😅
my next target.... my 49th besday. ..

For the age of 50th....my target weight is.... 65 kilos.. .. inshaAllah.. . 💪
