Sepanjang 100 days ni cabarannyer ...x lain x bukan... . 🍹🍦🍩🍫🍰🍔🍝🍗🍣🍜🍨🍟🍕🍗🍞🍛.....sooooo bila mkn beringat2lah....
Ingat.. .matlamat nak loss weight... .nak hidup sihat. .. mudah nak beribadah.. ..💪💪💪....
1) Kalori for woman to maintain weight ⏩ 2000 kalori/day ... klu nak reduce weight 500gm/week....⏩ 1500 kalori/day
2) Jangan makan after 8pm
3) Jangan makan kuih muih... xkenyang.. . high in kalori
4) Bersenam.... at least 20 min/day... 👣👟🚶
5) Have a quality sleep.... sleep b4 12.00 pm
