KEK BUAH LEMBAB

nak buat lagi...xtaular bila...inshaaAllah...
Testurnya lembut ....sedappp....mungkin sebab pakai tepung high protein

Bahan2 :-
250 gram tepung roti (high protein)
200 gram gula
240 gram butter
250 kismis (rendam dgn air panas n gos)
1 st ovalet
1/2 st baking powder
4 biji telur
Cara :
1) Pukul Gula n gula hingga kembang
2) Masukkan ovelet then telur satu persatu
3) Gaulkan dgn tepung and kismis berselang2 (mak campurkan tpg and buah campuran)
4) Bakar dlm suhu 165c selama 45 minit (maknyer masak..1 hour)
